Inclusion rule. A festival is listed when its own rules state what the question asks. Order. Festivals in alphabetical order.
Free entry is common among festivals set up for AI films, many of them run by companies that make AI tools and want as many films as possible. Established festivals charge: Sundance's fees rise from its early deadline to its late one.
Free does not always mean without conditions. Higgsfield's contest needs an account on its platform, and the films have to be made there; Runway's asks entrants to upload the film to a Runway account, and Gen:48 expects three quarters of the footage to come from Runway's tools.
